Meet the Team

BAD CAT was founded in Sydney, Australia by a dynamic woman-and-cat team, Eve and Loki.

Eve is a Finnish-born engineer, designer and martial arts enthusiast. She practices boxing and Muay Thai and holds a 1st degree black belt in Hapkido. She's also a bit of an activewear addict.

Loki is a model and influencer who has little interest in martial arts but is heavily involved in creating social content for the brand.

Our Mission

Activewear that can keep up with you

The brand was born out of our frustration trying to find premium quality activewear that could keep up with intense workouts without needing constant adjustments.

All BAD CAT garments are unique designs that are guaranteed to offer maximum support and durability. They will NOT roll, pill or lose their shape!

We also specialise in martial arts gear such as boxing gloves, Muay Thai shorts and shin guards specifically designed for women.

We do not buy bulk products and slap our logo on them. All of our products have been custom designed from the ground up for maximum style, quality and performance. You won't find these styles anywhere else!

Responsibility

All of our products are designed by us in Australia and produced ethically in China and Pakistan by BSCI certified factories.

What does that mean? BSCI certification is an international standard for fair working conditions and ensures the partners we work with follow ethical practices. It means they are committed to manufacturing under responsible and humane conditions in respect of social, environmental and ethical standards.

It helps us ensure our factory partners are providing fair remuneration, decent working hours, workplace safety and health, plus the protection of workers’ rights. It also safeguards against discrimination, forced labour and child labour across the supply chain.

While this raises our production costs, we aim to keep our products affordable and accessible to everyone.
